The 1st Winchester Scout Group has two Cub Packs, The Celts and The Vikings, and both packs run similar programmes designed to meet the aims of the Scout Association, although not always in the same order, as recommended by the scouting movement. Both packs do their camps and day trips together as well and at the core of our programme lies the Cub Scout Law and Promise.
